Default Amberjack Action !!!!!!!!!!!

We made a quick trip from Slidell yesterday and managed to put a good box of fish together.

The Amberjack couldn’t resist the live hardtails. They were crushing them !!!!!!!!!

I undertand but you should try them smoked. You might change your mind about keeping a few.

I am not sure why the moderator moved this to the commercial classified section. Its a fishing report not an AD selling something

The fish are not for sale.

The only reason you smoke a fish is if it is not eatable otherwise. And why would you kill that many AJ's - are you feeding the Salvation Army lunch crowd, or a church food pantry?

We had 7 people on the boat and everyone wanted one. You are only allowed one per person.

Because your original post included this, which you have since removed:

VERY clearly an AD for your products. You have been asked before to NOT place ads outside of the Commercial Sellers forum.

We had seven people on the boat and everyone wanted one. The limit is one person in Louisiana. Itís not my place to tell another fisherman they cannot keep a fish.

While AJs arenít the best fish, theyíre certainly better than Kings and no one seems to have a problem with folks keeping a limit of kingfish... I like them smoked, marinated then grilled, and of course blackened. All fish are good blackened except for kings and bluefish 🤢

I hate amberjacks. They wear you out and you canít fish for long when itís hot. They do liven up the day.

They are very fun to put an unsuspecting friend or family member on. They'll break a MF'r down like a double bbl shotgun.
