Default Single or Double spreader

We are rigging a Bertram 31 with Rupp Tournament outriggers 30'. Is single spreader good enough or do we need double spreaders? Any recommends on a dealer selling Rupp?

Thanks

A lot of it depends on the angle but those are very long riggers for that boat. I would go double.

I have 23' single spreaders on my 31' Pursuit and I think they're a little on the long side. If you're set on the 30 riggers, I'd get double.

Thanks, looks like double spreaders are best.

I'd get doubles and make sure they are tensioned correctly, with riggers that long compared to your boat size they are going to be bouncing like crazy and will break. Just seen it happen on a bertram a week or so ago, busted them both off

Talk to Rupp. They are very helpful and have probably been involved with many projects like yours.
