No, just what you didn't want to hear.

I'm sure they were just splitting expenses.

You stalking me or what?

Don't flatter yourself. You think you're the only fisherman reading these threads?

I have something to tell you, and you're not going to believe it, but I swear it's the truth:
The world doesn't revolve around you. Go check your statistics on the user page, you'll notice that I've never even visited your profile let alone check your threads. Your sputum just shows up everywhere. It's like you vomited on your keyboard and all that stomach acid leached into these threads one by one....

You're right, and I agree: It sounds like its about time for you to retire. Clearly, you've become an old sourpuss hardened by the thieving recreational fisherman splitting boat costs.

Don't you have a charter today? Or did all the evill recreational guys steal all your charters by splitting expenses at the end of the day? If you had it your way, nobody would be allowed to fish unless they paid a charter captain such as yourself. You're right, and I agree: It sounds like its about time for you to retire. Clearly, you've become an old sourpuss hardened by the thieving recreational fisherman splitting boat costs.

Had trips the last 2 days and rescheduled. A little too much lightening in the GOM all day long is a no go for me. It's rumbling right now and nasty out there.

Go back to the other thread and see how many times I said there is nothing wrong or illegal about guys voluntarily sharing expenses. I said it over and over. I do have a problem with this idiot being talked about here. He is indicative of an illegal operator that are becoming more common every day. Nothing to do with sharing expenses in this case.

It doesn't shine a very pretty light on the industry.

You get all butt hurt every time I say anything about an illegal charter but yet refuse to acknowledge how many times I have written there is nothing wrong with sharing expenses. I just wrote it again in the other thread for the 5th time a minute ago.
Maybe the USCG liaisons post wasn't clear enough for you. Seems a few people understood it!

I suppose you condone the activity with this guy. If you look you will see he was in non compliance before he ever left the dock and they haven't even finished the investigation.

I have become a sourpuss as you call me due to the thieving of all parties in all sectors. The poachers, illegal operators and general disregard for the resource is out of control and the fishery is suffering from it. If you can argue that you haven't been around very long.

And yes, if i know of someone operating illegally or poaching I will turn their ass in all day long.

It seems your trying to twist words to convince yourself of something. I have an idea of what that may be.

Like you, I am also an advocate for wildlife management, respecting licenses, legal limits, harvest seasons, etc. Clearly, this particular case is an unlicensed charter. I'm content to know there is an investigation and charges pending for the crimes allegedly committed.
This debate started by you challenging the lawfulness of expecting/ requiring/ asking for fuel split amongst friends at the end of a trip. You have since clarified your position. I'm glad we now see eye to eye. Safe travels on the water.

I could have disarmed him with a fishing pole from 30’ away, once cast the weight of the sinker would have wrapped around the gun and I would have just jerked it out of his hand,as the gun flew through the air,I would have caught it and then been in control of it.

All in under 3 seconds.

You have to be really quick in karate in order to catch lead in mid air.

With this kind of swagger, being you're right there in SC, I am kind of surprised you didn't just swim on over to NC and rescue that little Ohio Unicorn
