Default Older Shimano Stradic FG

cleaning out my tackle and i stumbled across a 6000 Stradic FG (wood handle model) thats practically new. Do anyone know if the and the newer power knob handles will work with this model?

Negative. The newer stradics the hande threads into the drive gear. The old ones have the hexagon shaft and the screw on the non handle side.

do you know if the sustains from the same time frame would work? That's if i could find a handle.

+1 on that. I also own a FG - no parts available anymore. Also from construction they are inferior to current models that sell at roughly the same price. Just my 2 cts.
