Default Tavernier fishing

Were heading to Tavernier tomorrow for a few days. Any recommendations on where to fish?? Its our first time down fishing in the keys with our little 20ft CC. Any advice would be appreciated and if anyone wants to help us out with some numbers, wed be indebted to you forever.

this is what I do ......
i head out to the reef ....when I get in about 20 foot of water I put out 2small feathers troll out to the edge of the reef usally catch 2 to 6 Mack’s til I get to the 60 to 100 ft edge .....then catch a few Bonita for bait .......
find a good edge with some fish ....set up and chum lots of chum fish on the borrow with a 6 egg sinker with about 10 foot of 30 pound flouro with a 6/0 hook with either Mack or bonito for baits .....drift a few baits out the back in the chum on like 12 pound test for yellowtails and you should be able to do decent ......just look around pretty easy fishing down that way

good luck

What George said is great advice for first timers. Also bring Sabiki rigs, you should get Ballyhoo in the chum slick, catch em on sabikis they make great bait for almost everything. Also, the bridges can hold alot of fish providing non-stop action on a good tide. Chum and they will come
