I enjoyed that a lot. They cover a lot of water, catch some fish release a couple good size BFT . All in a day.

Awesome trip!
Just got back from Panama chasing about same size yellow fin and throwing poppers at the schools....and it was really fun to hear the excitement from you guys when those fish were crashing bait at the surface.
Great job hooking up on those
It's addicting!!!!!!!!!!!

Awesome video! Question...what was that popping setup? Looked like a Penn Slammer III. Size, rod, braid rating, etc.? Trying to get into the game as well. Thanks!

Zac's Spinning Setup: Penn Slammer 5500 on Shimano Trevala 6'6 MH. Had it spooled with 65lb depth hunter power pro braid.

THat setup is perfect for 40-65/70 pound fish. ANything bigger and I'd want more line capacity and power in the rod. If chasing bigger bluefin in the fall I'd def go heavier.

Wow..that Penn Slammer 5500 kicked ass. I am in between a Slammer 7500, 6500, or Saragosa 10k but I'm thinking that 6500 might do it. The video was very helpful.

Super Video! I liked the thrill everyone was having, even when you were missing fish. It's what fishing is all about.
What were the conventional rods you were using for the trolling?

We have a bunch of different rods. In the future I'm gonna make a video of our arsenal.

But theres a few Penn International II rods in there. Some custom tuna sticks by JPR Rods. And two brand new Shimano Terez trolling rods.

Great video and commentary. Nice to see a video where everything isn’t a secret. Keep it up. See you out there this year.
