Start with good old soap and water. It will remove the dust and particulates that will continue to scratch the glass. Hang the glass in place so it's taught, and grab some Novus or IMAR. It works best if you use a Dual Action Polisher with a Polishing Pad (our Black Pad) because the machine will more evenly distribute both the compound and the pressure your applying. I've tested this many times myself. While the results won't be "brand new", they will typically greatly increase the clarity of your isinglass. Good luck!
