How long do you let the polish sit/haze for? And what speed should I buff it off at with the foam pad?

If your referring to Pro Polish, it needs very little time to set up. By the time your done buffing it onto the surface, you can immediately grab a clean microfiber or Brite Bonnet Pad to remove it. You won't use a foam pad to remove the Pro Polish.

yes I am using the pro polish. So the bottle says to use a damp cloth and little bit of pro polish and spread in a circular motion than let it haze up is that correct? , after that all I do is wipe it off?

You don't really need a damp cloth, just a clean microfiber will do. Other than that, you've got it right! The surface should look clean, shiny, and smooth when your done.
