Default Brush Losing Bristles

I’ve used many Shurhold brushes throughout the years and never had the bristles come out in clumps like this one.

BigDog,

Like every company, we occasionally have products that fail prematurely due to some sort of manufacturing defect. It looks like the wood block in your brush has expanded more than normal due to moisture retention. It shouldn't happen, so I'll ship you out a replacement. PM an address and I'll get you a new Medium 6" Brush sent to you ASAP.

I had a minor failure with a different product. I simply asked for advice and they sent me a new one. Great customer service.
