Default Shurhold 272 Scrub Brush

I have your hand scrub brush which has fallen apart... the bumpers on both ends have broken off. Went on Amazon looking and noticed someone had posted a picture of the same problem ????

Hey jbaker3,

If our customers have problems with our products, we do our best to make it right. Send me a PM with a picture of the brush attached and I'll send you a new one at no charge to you. I hope that's satisfactory. Waiting on your PM.

I'm sorry, we've never sold the exact brush in the picture. Our scrub brush has always used blue bristles and doesn't have that name molded into the handle. I don't know who manufactures the one in the picture.

Well... I just replaced it off of amazon... it did have the blue bristles but they over time have faded out... it too has the imprint on the top and blue bristles and bumpers. I'll send a pic of it later...it's on the boat. Not sure who is doing the fulfilling...Here is the wrapping...

...and what's left of the the old brushes blue bristles

Hey Boss... not trying to make a federal case out of this, but a simple google of your product and Shazam... up pops what I got under your name, same one that failed and same one I bought thru amazon, the bristles have faded via using mildew products etc. ..... https://www.svb24.com/en/hand-brush-...fort-grip.html

Ok Sam... here is the new brush purchased thru Amazon with your label on it... exactly like the one that failed. Yes the bristles are no longer blue on the older brush...but from wear and tear. If you still feel this is not yours I can go on Amazon and review it as a fake, a knock off... thank you. Also again here is the link to your product by a different retailer showing the exact same handle information. https://www.svb24.com/en/hand-brush-...fort-grip.html

Man, I'm hiring you if I ever need any detective work done! I'm sorry that I wasn't here to respond to your messages, but I was offline for the holidays to spend some time with family. Your right and I made the mistake of not recognizing that the bristles in the first picture were faded blue. I assumed they were naturally white at first glance. Yes, that's our brush. The "IRON GRIP" is a variance in the product that I was unaware of. Either way, I wish I could have offered you a new one as opposed to you purchasing a replacement off amazon. If you'd like, I can offer you a $10 credit to our online store to redeem the cost of the brush towards a new item. Let me know if that works for you.

Regardless, sorry for giving you the bad information at the start. I'll be bringing the product failure info to our R&D team. Happy New Year to you.
