Default Great support from Gil and Garmin! screen delamination.

I needed to send my 7607xsv back to Garmin support for a screen de-lamination. See photos. Garmin wanted the original receipt. I didn't have it. I purchased the unit in 2015. I contacted Mr. Travis and he supplied me a duplicate receipt. He also assisted with the Garmin repair. Garmin sent me a reman at no cost. The turn around time was about 1 week. The reman unit looks perfect! Thanks Gil and Garmin for the awesome customer service!

Considering you were 2 years past the original 2 year warranty period, a very postive outcome.
I have outfitted 3 differnt boats for myself and my son with Garmin units, and Gil has been instrumental in making sure we had a smooth transaction and most importantly his after the sale support has been invaluable.
Gil was able to get me a unit that was 22 months out of warranty fixed for me at no cost....that type of after the sale service is invaluable.
And Garmin's support also top notch.
