Default HDS Carbon - Transducer settings - help?!

Hello! First time and needing some help after HOURS on the phone with Lowrance and hundreds of videos and URL's..

Have a Lowrance HDS Carbon 12 and the Lowrance StructureScan™HD Sonar Stainless Steel Thru-Hull Transducer already installed..

I do get structure scan readings and I am stuck at the sonar installation.

My understanding it is also dual chirp - but correct me if wrong pls.

So, Sonar/Installation - lots of choices - can't figure out which one to choose.

I have looked at the tag on the transducer, but of course that one isn't there.

This is the one that I have (can't post URL's) lowrance /Products/Sonar/StructureScan-HD/ - Lowrance 000-11459-001 Navico StructureScan HD Sonar Stainless Steel Thru-hull Transducer

Does anyone know the correct selection in Sonar Setup/Installation?? I have been through a lot of them - some, yes I get temp - others no - some I get readings in very shallow water - others no.

THANK YOU if anyone has an answer - Lowrance has told me a different transducer every time I have called. UGH..

May have figured it out - after speaking with Lowrance again - Generic 82/200 on channel 2 setting - SSHD or this unit on source setting.

UNLESS you know something different.. ) Thanks!!
