Default New radio?

Hey Gil,

What quality radio and antenna should I get to compliment my echoMAP CHIRP 94sv?

I would like to have AIS & DSC if possible.

Thanks, John

I'm not currently using the NMEA2000 port on the back of the echoMAP CHIRP 94sv. Do I just plug the radio into that or do I need a "starter kit"?

Thanks

A starter is good as then you can add others systems to it.
