Default Broken connector pins on VHF radio

I have a Raymarine Ray128. The mic connects into the fixed unit via male/female pins and a screw on the cable coil. Similar to lots of radios. One of male pins on the fixed unit side broke and others are bents so I can't connect the mic. On the fixed side, it appears to have a screw holding in the pin connector. Does anyone know if this is a field repairable piece or do I need to buy a whole new radio?

This is a non current model, so I doubt that you could pick up specific parts. If you know a ham radio operator, or an electronics repair shop, they should be able to either hard wire the mic, or put another plug and socket--it would not look original, but be functional. It is a fairly modern radio, so should have some more life in it.
