Looking for the best options to improve performance for a pair of NSS evo 3. I have been looking at navionics and c-map and I am confused at best. Will be fishing in the gulf from LA to Panama City for the most part. Will also be pleasure boating with some fishing on the rivers and lakes in Alabama. Please give me some options with pricing and I will place an order today.

And if so..what about the built in charts that you would need improvement of etc.?

I have the units, they came installed already. I currently have no cards at all as I just bought the boat last week. I ordered some blank micro SD’s and plan on getting public wrecks from strike lines. I am looking to improve the performance of the units. Been out of the game a few years but I remember adding a card to my last humminbird unit that made the mapping much much better.

I may also need help and purchase what is needed to network these units. I have radar and navigation only on the right screen. I have vesselview, both transducers, XM and navigation only on the left unit. The only time I have seen the units communicate is when a radar alert pops up it does so on both units. My thoughts are the units are connected with a cable but probably need a hub or switch installed to accomplish what I am trying to accomplish.
