Default Tm150 vs p66

Considering an upgrade from the P66 series on my Lowrance live units. Currently running the 66 beside the 3 in 1 with two Lowrance live units networked together.
The P66 works well considering it's limitations and power. The included active imaging 3 in 1 transducer's chirp isn't the best quality and possibly not a true chirp element in the unit. Is the TM150 worthy of an upgrade as I've heard otherwise due to it's low wattage. Don't have too many options for thru hull so a TM mount that isn't overly large would be preferable. Used for 90% marine use in depths up to 700 ft for salmon, cod and halibut.
Thanks for any suggestions.

I would suggest you look at the Airmar TM165HW....
