All Yamaha SUV are the same, They were made for only 5 or 6 years, so it doesn't really matter the year. What matters is that is the SUV model which is wider and longer than the rest models.

Great boats, good luck with the restoration. I just finish a 5 year long restoration and I installed a 383 stroker and was the best thing I ever did. I changed mine to a center console.

You do not have to remove the cap. You only installing plywood at the bump out, when that is dry then you fill the gap around the the new plywood and the bump out(you'll know what i am talking about...

I did, maybe I don't have a picture, I have two layers of 1708 and 2 oz CSM in between them. That long heavy cloth was PITA to hung.
