Refill with fresh oil, run it in gear for a few minutes to encapsulate any remaining water, and go get the seals fixed. Likely no damage done.

Heat is the devil for batteries. Where are you located and hot hot does it get while the battery sits in the boat?
Northern boaters can get 5-7 years on batteries fairly easily.

I could move both, but not so easily. Moving one would be a 2 hr project. Maybe worth the try, could always undo it if it doesn’t help.

Those aren’t the spark plugs in those coils, the plugs are in the other end of the wires in the block. Follow the wires from the dual coil pack to the motor.

Did it go past 3000 before you purchased it? Could be so many things, bad super charger, bad compression on cylinders, torn boots, bad fuel, bad plugs, bad coils, wrong prop ....

Sams marine and all Duracell marine batteries are Deka brand, and identical to the name brand versions, talked to East Penn directly about it.
Never had an issue with any Deka batteries for 20 plus...

From what I remember, the 19 eco ran less than 5700 RPM, but tough to come on plain. The 19 rev 4 was similar. The 17 inch eco puts me at 6300. It is perfect for my set up..

The 17 turns like a 19 of a smaller diameter prop. On mine, an Enertia 19 turns the same rpm as an Eco 17 and a rev4 17. Verado 300, sc version. I think the 19 is going to be too much prop.

Yes, they are interchangeable. I prefer yellow because if you over torque the blue, they crack apart and you might not see/notice. That said, my mechanic prefers the blue.

Simple answer, use any battery you like, deep cycle or starting, as long as it meets or exceeds your engine manufacturers published requirements for battery type, MCA and RC.

If you are reading the voltage at the battery terminals, then the port and starboard batteries are garbage, replace them, and your issue likely disappears.
