Additionally, avoid owning any Luxfer with hydro stamp date older than 8/88 as this alloy should be sold for recycle scrap. Many dive shops refuse to fill these as they are a safety concern.

I am again a boat owner. This boat has been run 250 hours since a repower to a Suzuki Df200 in 2011. As the boat sticker expired in 2013, I believe the motor has only been run on a hose since then....

Just a heads up, the lower unit has no serial numbers on the case. If stolen you cannot prove ownership. There are bolt locks available that would slow down a thief.
