Just had a root canal and it was like $1450 out the door. Yesterday, did the temporary crown, $1750. But both were totally painless except for one of the anesthetic injections for the root canal.

I forgot to mail mine in a few years ago (like within the past 5 years). No big deal. Found it sent it in paid a small penalty. End of story. Don’t fret over it. Eventually they will get to you.
