Upgrade from LSS2 to AI 3n1 on EVO3 not working

I'm hoping THT brain trust can help me with this.

My original NSS 9 EVO 3 with LSS2 worked fine but when I replaced LSS with a 3 in 1 it just gives me a thin line down the middle of the screen....

I live on the north fork and see them rolling sometimes. Up by kitchen creek in JD they were pretty common but I could never get them to eat.
