I will mostly be cooking just for family but I like to cook a lot at one time so we can have leftovers for a few days or maybe freeze some for later.

Hate to tell you but Maurice Sauce has some type of sweetener in it. It is a good bit sweeter than some other SC mustard sauces I’ve had. Lee’s BBQ in Greenwood is a good example.
