Use the galvanized rattle can stuff, prior used the barnacle barrier (which is same as rustoleum i think). Haven't been putting bottom paint over the rattle can spray.

could just go back with a trim piece from some 3 or 4 mm okoume. Should conform to hull shape easy. Epoxy, prime, paint and be done. Doesn't have to be such a high profile and might look more sleek...

So they would have changed the oil after the 'failed' survey prior. Now you are doing oil analysis on newer engine oil so any results other than dramatic high metals or sodium won't change your data....

No you mix the epoxy and hardener together fully before adding any cabosil, microballoons, fibers, etc. You have to make sure the resin and hardener are mixed correctly first.
