An alternative to coosa is gator board. 1/2 the price and basically same material. If you are really wanting to rebuild it right I would pull the floor and rebuild it from stringers up.

Looks good. I found that bosch makes a plexiglass blade for the jig saw that cuts fiberglass well. The wood blades get burned up quick

I went with the 5.0 and very happy with my choice. Neighbor has the 3.5 and has blown 2 turbos already at 25k miles. Plus mine doesnt sound like a lawn mower on crack with an exhaust

On my project I will be bedding the stringers in an epoxy 2 part adhesive from FGCI here in St Pete. Tabbing with 1708. Not sure on the spacers, will consult the forum on that one
