Ocean Isle Marina. Formerly Pelican Point. We kept boats there when the previous guys owned it. Not sure about current owner's/short term policy. There are usually a few open slips though.

Coggeshal's Marine on the NC/SC line does all kinds of custom metal work, including tanks. They told me once in the past that they could inspect my tank if I wanted but I still haven't gone through...
