What is the Best Anchor Winch for Saltwater on 23' Pontoon Boat?

I have a 23' pontoon boat and looking to purchase an anchor winch to mount on the front deck. It must be for saltwater use. Probably a 25# anchor will be enough but I would prefer using my Danforth...

I burn 20 gal total on both engines at 30 MPH which comes out to 1.5 MPG. Burning 20 gal per hour with a 200 gal capacity gives you a 10 hour run time at 30 MPH which is 300 mile range.
