Sounds Silly, but try this

I assume that ias is the iac valve, if so see if the problem is mitigated when you remove the engine cover, Easy enough to try, if an exhaust leak the engine may be starving for oxygen going slow at...

Dealer has told me stories of guys pumping in lower unit lube and getting air in lower unit, seemed like it was full but he said they should have waited 45 min to 1 hour to let the air bubbles rise...

I can't stand pounding on a boat, it ruins the day for me. I bought a 22 Glacier bay (GB2260)in 2003 and never looked back I boat in the Long Island Sound and this boat handles the chop beautifully....

Thanks I wanted to replace 16 or 20 bolts on the engines and suzuki wants $12.30 per bolt, thought that was a bit much so wanted to order elsewhere but wanted to get the correct type of metal.

I have twin df115's and at 4000 rpm i get 10psi and that is normal i have heard that suzuki use a large water flow to cool and not high pressure.
