I owned 1 Lancer & many similar. You now have a bastard boat. The Lancer was engineered to be an inboard from the start. It will not be the same boat or a similar ride with 2 outboards.... I know...

The parts are not the problem.. The way my bow is layed out I have little access to the port side. No way to reach the wires to do the connect..
The anchor locker hatch is so small even my 4 yr...

Maybe he meant 10" seas... I did 1 trip back from the Abacos in my 33 Tiara with 6-8 & couldn't wait to hit dry land. That trip beat me up. Not the Tiara tho :)
