That's my experience exactly. I use to troll stretch lures in 25-30 feet and come home with gag grouper and an occasional cobia every trip. Haven't seen either one of those fish at a keeper size...

They're very similar. In fact, aerodynamics *is* nothing more than the fluid dynamics study of a very low viscosity, compressible fluid. Biggest difference is that liquid is not compressible.

Did they do a full service of the lower unit too when they replaced the power head ?

I would think a lower unit service would have revealed metal shavings or signs of imminent failure.
