Rod and reel recommendation for inshore Tampa Bay

Looking at possibly a Bull Bay Sniper rod with a Daiwa BG3000 and 10lb braid. Where I fish I target mainly jacks, snook, and small tarpon. Any input or additional recommendations?

I have said this before and I stand by my answer, Newmoon Sport Fishing out of Haulover. Jack and Adam are very friendly and accommodating and offer quick trips for bottom fishing and trolling.
