The invoice references "Tech Bulletin 02003-02" for the battery overcharging condition. I feel the same way about the battery/starter thing, but want to get some other (and better informed) opinions...

I think you need to distinguish between an acute, but hopefully short term banking problem and a longer term recession issue. I would not be surprised to see things drop another...
