I understand your concern. The Marine Dealer has an ideal power supply, and an operational antenna on the roof. If you are not receiving any alarms on board for voltage your anntenna may have died....

If the TNC connector on the antenna is in good shape, and the boat voltage is good then check the output from the display. Remove the Antenna's TNC connector, and connect a voltmeter to the female...

Call your Dealer, can special order this item. Part number is D331 cost about $20. This is the only type of cover I've seen for these displays.
