I needed to pull an 8K boat with a 2 5/16" ball this weekend so in a pinch, I ordered a Reese Tri-Ball mount rated for 10K lbs. I figured Reese makes quality products and it said V5 on the package....

Had they been able to pump out the water before removing from the trailer it may have been OK. Hopefully the engine was shut off before it sucked in water.
