Wetsounds is made by the guys from JL who left. They sound almost exactly the same, but I'm pretty sure the Wetsounds are 100% waterproof not water-resistant.

Well the 740s is a solid unit and I have one as a backup and love it. It is a lot easier to use than the NSS7, however the 3G radar has the GMR18 beat in everything.
