Thanks everyone! Good call on the drain tube. It never occurred to me that water could seep into the hull from there, but it definitely makes sense. I'll have to do some research and replace them....

Well, almost finished, but done enough so I can get it out on the water and enjoy it this summer.

I worked on it for about a month getting everything the way I wanted. It had its ups and downs.

I agree with the above. That hull shouldn't be taking on any water. Find the leak and fix it before the next outing. If it is a failing thru-hull, you'll want to fix it before it completely fails.

Not sure if you're aware, but with the auto tacomas, you need to bump the transmission into 4, and not D. If its in D, it kicks the transmission into overdrive and you lose power and could burn up...
