Yes wiring, mine showed red or yellow intermittently- it was a bad connection oil pump wiring harness connector to engine wiring harness.
Check your wires.

I know that saw will cut 5 1/4 base against the fence but will not cut 5 1/2" 6x6 because of depth.
The dewalt 12" sliding compound miter saw will do it.
