I've walked the 24 Ultra a number of times and am considering it as well. As with all boats, it's a game of compromises. I agree about the small forward anchor locker and lack of an anchor cleat. You...

I'm looking to purchase a brand new boat, and I want to make sure it is protected from the very start. What do you guys recommend here? My initial thought is to just do a water bead test, and if it...

The new Carolina Skiff Ultra line, particularly the 24 and 26 models, have deeper v hulls, with more deadrise than your average bay boat. They are not beater boats.

Shurhold on my truck!!!

Yesterday I spent some time compounding my truck with Buff Magic, and then applied Pro Polish afterward. Both products were applied with a Flex DA polisher. Results were outstanding. This truck is...

I also vouch for Ken. I don't have an F300, but I spoke to him a couple of times on the phone several years ago when I was looking to re prop a DF175. Gave him my current performance numbers on a...

I used to dislike T-tops on bay boats also. Won't have another one without it at this point. I hate fooling with a bimini top, and how they're just barely over your head. Also the way they slope...

The Ultra 24 is awesome. Nothing else on the market like it. I hope the 26 is even better. I plan on ordering one of them in the next 6-8 months.

The 24’ with a 250 has a top speed near 51-52.

Have you spent much time inshore fishing in the southeast? You mentioned walleye so maybe not. The sun is brutal whether you are inshore or offshore. Having a reprieve from it, even if only...

I love starbrite non stick deck cleaner for cleaning. I believe it probably does have a polymer in it. The question is if it bonds well to the surface in the presence of the cleaner and so much...

Barkeepers friend cleans GREAT!!! But it remove any wax on the boat instantly. Makes it stain worse next time, not to mention it lets the oxidation process start. It's a tradeoff.

Star-brite does do a good job cleaning, but IMHO it doesn't protect the deck at all. I used it religiously for a couple of years and my deck was super oxidized and chalky as a result. I've been...

I would not use their white bristled brush regularly on properly maintained non-skid. It's too stiff for regular use. The medium brush is pretty stiff already and is perfect for non-skid.

I just replaced a 5 year old Attwood S750 in my boat. It's sat on a boat lift for the last 4 years, so it has cut on automatically many times to expel rainwater getting into the bilge. It finally...
