take Benadryl and rest, If it doesn't improve after 2 days then go to a doctor. The doctor might prescribe some antibiotics or prednisone

That's a good idea. I'll tell my sister have her kids certified. Her eldest needs to overcome his fear of water one way or another. He's going to be missing half of his life if he can't go in.
