Adding outriggers to cored hardtop. (no pipe work)

I have a set of bolt in outrigger mounts with 3/8" backing plates I am going to install on my hardtop. The top Is cored with foam, lamination appears to be 1/4" glass to 3/8" foam to 1/4" glass....
