Refinishing Deck

I need to refinish the deck on a '95 bass boat that I'm converting to a flats boat. Needless to say, the blue sparkle is done. I'm looking to cover everything from the rubrail up. No sparkle, no...

Straightening Stainless

I recently traded my used 12x18 tabs for a smaller set. It looks like whoever removed the smaller set from the hull had to be somewhat persuasive. The backing plates are bent up pretty good. What's...

Re: Sealing "Wet" Holes In Transom??

Thanks guys. I don't think it's a big issue yet. The transom seems very solid. The boat is going into the shop next week, if the motor checks out, I'll be installing trim tabs. That will tell me if...

Sealing "Wet" Holes In Transom??

I removed an old transducer from the transom of my '91 Wellcraft V-20. When I removed the screws, water ran out of the screw holes. It doesn't look like they were sealed at all. I drilled out the...

Re: My bilge won't drain! Help (Laguna c180, seapro 186cc)

I would definitely push the manufacterer on this one. You said you filled the hull thru an access hole in the fish box. Just a question, not taking a shot, but you did mean access hole and not...

Re: Garmin 400C Fishfinder...or?

Thanks Jim, What about the transducer? I don't "need" the extra 100 watts, but will I get a better picture? Or does the dual beam actually funtion better in shallow water than the dual frequency? ...

Garmin 400C Fishfinder...or?

I'll be getting a new FF soon(from BOE). I need something small due to space restraints. I'm used to my Furuno FCV667 and I would like for whatever I get to be comparable to that in performance. ...

Thanks guys, The scrub brush won't work. I have very limited access. I need something I can pour in and take for a ride. When we got the boat the bilge was full of black slimy water, it's pretty bad.

Re: Need help switching trailers...

Back-hoe w/ experienced operator should be no problem. Water is easier, except for painting issues.
