It's probably because of the 2.07 gear ratio.
Redline on that motor is 6300 rpm, 5600 rpm is as you know too low, I think you need an 19" or less to get that hole shot back.

Isn't 90 hp max on the 169? My buddy has the 173 with a F 115, he sees 44 mph. I think you could see 50-53 with a 115 if you can mount it.
It might hit the poling platform.

The dealer said it was BS, and the trailer company should step up with reimbursement since it was made for the boat. The same thing I have been saying from the start.

no, dual axle. I can easily lift the tongue with one hand, and at one point I had to press down on it to seat it on the ball.
Tongue weight should be between 9% and 15% of GTW

Thanks, the prop was under pitched, an they did make that right. I still believe that this is on the Trailer manufacturer due to the trailer being specific to this boat model.

Since the trailer was purpose built for the exact boat is the only reason why I started the thread.

First off,
I'm not trying to start a "This Dealer, or Manufacturer sucks,and no one should ever buy from them" thread.

VVM is connected at the motor under the cowling, and SC !000 is connected to harness by the key switch.
