For estimating I started with my planned work...

For estimating I started with my planned work scope. Then measured/planned out how much coring material I was planning to use which gave me a square foot number which would need to be re-glassed....

Forward of the fuel tank is a 46” long x 25” wide compartment and then the very bottom of the anchor locker.

I may wind up putting a shelf in the anchor...

So I needed to mount the tank as low as possible...

So I needed to mount the tank as low as possible to clear the underside of the deck and allow for 3% elongation once filled.

It wasn’t leaving much room for weep holes or anything below the tank...

All were then bedded into thickened epoxy and once set enough to be steady all joints were filleted.

2 layers of 1808 run down the centerline and wrapped 6” up each stringer. Hull bottom is taking on a nice solid sound/feel now.
