Good progress. I would grab a grinder with a 7Ē 24grit wheel on it. It will make quick work of the hull grinding. I think you should grind some more in that forward keel before you lay glass.

I think some of the tolman skiff guys do HDPE strips screwed on. Iím laying probably 6-8 layers of glass or more on mine Iíd rather stay away from anything screwed on, even stainless.
