Nice sled finn. I used to run out of that marina many moons ago. And dang, Thimble Shoals Light needs some work. I hear it's privately owned now. Any truth to that?

Through the gunnel rod holders is how I think water got into mine. And maybe the previous owner didn't keep em covered with the rubber flaps.

Other option would be to cut a hole in the deck...

Other option would be to cut a hole in the deck and get it sucked out. Either patch the deck or install hatch cover.

Same here with the 5 gal bucket. Window weight used to get it down. Have had it for over 10 years.

Tip: file the burs off of the drilled holes
