watertight boat hatch help

Had to replace my rear deck hatches and am not having any luck finding replacements...

No name or info on the old ones...

cut-out dimensions are 12 1/4" x 21 1/4"

Boat will lose power during WOT occasionally. There doesn't seem to be any kind of pattern, nor can I recreate the problem on demand (or any certain action ie: throttle up/down, shifting, etc.)

Beyond, it's kind a pita with the screw plugs I have, especially by myself. I guess I can try to install the self bailing plugs? Also, the holes are still a little too high to drain all the water.

the boat has two side drains, but there isn't a self bailer/ball bailer installed; just a through hull flange.

water will build up, but can't drain...
