Depends on where you are located. If you can get to Outboard Specialties they stock 300s and can turn you around pretty quickly. My downtime was 1 week.

I always run mine with wire. At $25 bucks a lure it gets expensive if you are loosing them. The grouper don't seem to care.

The eyes are strong, I don't think they will break off. Hooks are just OK, I have seem them bend but have not broken one. I run mine for a little while then eventually end up replacing the hooks...
