In my opinion, running 12V devices off of one battery in a 24V two-12V-in-series arrangement is a bad idea. The batteries will become unequalized....

Just keep this in mind..... if you "lose" 3-4 volts on a 120V AC circuit due to wiring loss, it's no big deal. If you lose 3-4 volts on a 12V DC power feed your equipment will most likely quit...

I have used the Garmin GBT-10 for the Bennett trim tabs and the GET-10 for engine trim. Both are solid units.

The Chetco Digital SeaGauge line can be configured for Trim tabs and/or engine trim.
