Engines are 1997 with 550 original hours and their is no bottom paint. I trailer
the boat. Pics will be on the way soon.

Just got an 04 Escalade and I pull a Regulator 26
with no problems what so ever. The trailer is a tri-axle
with brakes, which definately helps.

Just got back this afternoon. Went 10 for 10 on BFT
and 15 for 22 on YFT. Had the yellows boiling behind the
boat. What a sight seeing these fish crash the bait
behind the boat.

Heading out in a hour. Going to stop short of the Hudson
first. Then stay overnight, probably the west side. Fishing

Try gioia sails in Lakewood. They made a custom cover
for my Regulator 26. I use the cover during the months
the boat is being used. During the winter I still shrinkwrap.

Are the engines mounted in the top hole of the engine bracket. Their should
be four holes on the engine bracket. Make sure its in the top hole. I know
somebody with a Regulator 26 who had the...

Well guys put the boat in the water today and everything is
running normal. What I did was I replaced the poppit valve
with a new one. Thanks for the replies.

Just got done removing the poppit valve and it was full of sand. Put a new one on
and hopefully that solved the problem.

Even at idle and with the RPM raised, still no water comes out of the
exhaust ports. I called Comstocks today and they said their is nothing wrong.
If anything they said to replace the water pump....

water coming out of the exhaust ports. What about
poppit valve?
