Agree on the Bowdidge composite construction as the wood core is not a structural component, just there to allow the shape to be built and then the glass layers over both sides give the strength.

Absolutely. I have read all of the books and loved them and as soon as Cruise was cast it totally ruined it. He is definitely NOT Reacher as described in the books.
