Mine was a bad map card. If I took the card out it worked just fine .with the card in it would reboot every hout or so. Since then I got a new map card and no issues with the re-booting anymore .

Good News!! They are going to warranty this transducer as well and send me the Lowrance Metal bracket. I'm ordering the Spring Mounting Bracket to go with it right now.
